The Immigration Advice Authority is the government office which regulates who can give immigration advice and what advice they can give. Their website has a search tool where you can find approved immigration advisers in your area, with a filter for those giving free advice and those you need to pay.

A national support service aiming to remove barriers that prevent people from accessing digital services, government support, and financial services. Civil Legal Aid
Civil Legal Advice is the government service responsible for assessing eligibility for legal aid for civil (family, money, personal injury etc.) court matters. If they assess you as eligible for legal aid, you will be put in touch with a qualified solicitor who can help you.
