Whilst our drop in sessions are closed in the afternoons, we are able to offer advice over the telephone Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 3.30pm.
We try our best to have advisers answering calls during these times. Sometimes there is a queue or the previous call takes a long time. Please be patient.

When you first contact us by phone you will be given a brief initial assessment in order for us to understand your problem. Our adviser will decide on a course of action to help you resolve your issue or they might make an appointment for you to discuss it in more detail. We will aim to provide you with all the information you need to help solve your issue on the call. It is the quickest way to get advice.
