Specialist Benefits Advice

We partner with Luton Rights to offer specialist benefits advice from their welfare benefits specialists. Luton Rights can help complete certain more complex benefit applications and help with reconsiderations and appeals if you’re not happy with a benefit decision.

We cannot help you claim Universal Credit but the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the application, through to your first payment.

It’s free, independent and confidential. Specially trained advisers can help with things like how to gather evidence for your application or how to prepare for your first JobCentre appointment.
