Our Team and Governance
We are a Registered Charity and a private company limited by guarantee.
We are managed by a volunteer Trustee Board made up of local councillors, local people and representatives from business.
The activities of the organisation are overseen by the Board who set the overall strategy; bringing a range of skills, experience, expertise and backgrounds to the organisation.
The day-to-day running of the organisation is devolved to our CEO. Our CEO is supported by an expert team of senior management, supervisor and admin support staff. For our advice service we rely on our dedicated and compassionate team of staff and volunteers.
Approximately 25 staff and 20 volunteers make up the Citizens Advice Luton team.
