Our drop in service
To speak to someone face to face please use our drop in service where you will be greeted at Reception and seen by a Diagnostic assessor who will listen to you and discuss next steps. This may be giving information, signposting or referring you to a more suitable organisation or booking an appointment for you.
Our drop-in service is first come first served. We will help you as soon as we can, but it is possible that you may need to queue on arrival. No appointment is necessary but please be aware that in busy times we may need to close the doors early.

Appointments
We only offer pre-booked appointments after first discussing the advice you are seeking at a drop-in session, over the phone or via email. Following this initial contact, we may book an appointment with you to discuss your problem in detail and give advice and assistance as required. Our pre-booked appointments often last for over an hour.
Our service is provided by both volunteers and staff who do the best that they can to help clients with their problems.
We recognise that unforeseen circumstances sometimes mean that clients are late for, or even miss, their booked appointment with us. Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment by calling 01582 540450 as soon as you can so we can offer it to someone else.
When clients miss appointments without giving us notice, it can have a serious impact on our service. It reduces the number of clients that we can see and prevents us from helping other people. Please view our Appointments Policy for more information on how we deal with missed appointments.
