Training Lead

We are looking for a Training Lead to join our team.

Salary: £27,500 Per Annum (£14,864.80 pa pro rata)
Hours: 20 per week over 5 days (4 hours per day)
Contract Type: 1 year Fixed Term (extension subject to funding)

The Training Lead will assist the Advice Services Manager in all aspects of the Citizens Advice training programme. The role will encompass recruitment of volunteers, maintaining staff and volunteer training records, overseeing, delivering and supporting new staff and volunteers through the training programme as well as spearheading the Advice First Aid initiative and providing Citizens Advice training to community settings.
