Trainee Adviser

We are looking for a Trainee Advisor to join our team.

Salary: £23,492.04 Per Annum
Hours: 37 per week (Job share/Part time applicants will be considered)
Contract Type: Fixed Term to end of March 2026 (extension subject to funding)

Citizens Advice Luton is a well-respected local charity with over 30 years’ experience of delivering free, independent and impartial information, advice and casework services which meet the changing needs of local residents. Our aims are to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

We are aiming to build on our general advice team to increase delivery of advice and general client assessments. The role will involve giving advice through various channels including telephone, email and face to face.

The post is for 37 hours per week over 5 days although job share and part time applicants will be considered.
