Office and Facilities Manager
We are looking to recruit an Office and Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the day to day running of the office.
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum
Hours: 37 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Citizens Advice Luton is a well-respected local charity with nearly 30 years’ experience of delivering free, independent and impartial information, advice and casework services which meet the changing needs of local residents. Our aims are to provide the independent, impartial, confidential and free advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
We are looking to recruit an Office and Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the day to day running of the office, including IT coordination, managing office systems, supervising a team of admin staff and volunteers, as well as performing the role of clerk to the Board of Trustees. In addition you will lead on Health & Safety and have oversight of premises and facilities management to ensure best practice in the workplace is upheld.
This is a new and exciting role, created to maximise the effectiveness of the overall running of the Citizens Advice Luton office; its people, its systems and the service it delivers.
The role will be home based initially due to ongoing Covid-19 measures. Moving forward, we will move to a hybrid working model with a mix of office and home working.
