Salary: £25,500 Per Annum
Hours: 37 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term: 12 Month Contract (possible extension subject to funding)
Citizens Advice Luton is a well-respected local charity with nearly 30 years’ experience of delivering free, independent and impartial information, advice and casework services which meet the changing needs of local residents. Our aims are to provide the independent, impartial, confidential and free advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
The provision of digital advice services is imperative to ensure we reach out to our most vulnerable clients and provide platforms to enable our clients to access our services using a variety of channels (virtual face to face appointments, email advice, telephone advice and web chat). The role will involve supporting and managing a team of digital assessors (volunteers and paid staff). This is a new and exciting role, created to increase our digital advice offer for the benefit of our local communities.
The role will be home based initially due to ongoing Covid-19 measures. Moving forward, we will move to a hybrid working model with a mix of office and home working.
OUR VALUES: Our high-performing team ethic is based completely on fairness, equality, thoroughness and recognition.
Citizens Advice Luton is committed to equality and diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
Closing date for applications: 12noon on Friday, 7th May 2021
Interviews will be held by video link w/c 10th May 2021
